How Billing & Shipping Work

We ship your Fun-Mail Subscription 4-5 days before the 1st of each month to make sure it arrives close to the start of the new month.

There is a 10‑day cutoff before the 1st to prevent double billing.

This means:

• Subscribe before the cutoff → you receive the upcoming month’s box and your next charge happens on the 1st.

• Subscribe after the cutoff → your first box becomes next month’s theme, ensuring you never get charged twice in the same billing cycle.

Example:

1. It's September 15th, 15 days before October 1st. Since this is before the 10 day cutoff date, you will get October's shipment.
2. It's September 25th, 5 days before October 1st. Since this is after the 10 day cutoff date, you will not get October's shipment and you will begin with the November shipment.
